Night Watch 6 Is Out!

July 7, 2014 by Tim Granda

DC-tiny-wedge The super rad ‘zine Night Watch has just released it’s sixth issue, and this time around the theme for the issue is DEATH! While you’re in their shop grabbing the latest issue, make sure to check out their cool new gear like the issue six “Death Tee”, “Puke Reaper” trucker hat, “Pizza” lapel pin, “Shit Happens” patch, and a whole lot more. Each issue of Night Watch just keeps getting better and better, and I gotta tell ya I can’t fucking wait to get my grubby mitts on some DEATH! Do yourself a favor and check this ‘zine out – you’ll be stoked you did!

We are super psyched to announce the release of our newest zine… THE DEATH ISSUE! When we decided that our theme would be DEATH we knew right away the most insane duo we wanted for our front and back cover artists. We chose roommates, friends, and fellow artists, ALEXANDROS PYROMALLIS and CHRIS “DOGT” COLLINS!

40 pages of absolute filth and gore from the perverted and brilliant minds of:

Alexandros Pyromallis, Chris “DOGT” Collins, Jason Karns, Sean Aaberg, Jesse Fincher, Steve Martin, Deer Jerk, Sketchy Tank, Sebastian Mazuera, Pat Bieck, Asa Crow, Christina Hock, Maegan LeMay, Tocayo, Jon Werrin, Sexual Youkai, Matt Kerley, Tom J Newell, Gunsho, Gut Rot, Diego Medina, Amit Namaani, Edward Kelley, Mike Tommyrot, Burney, Heavy Haig Demarjian, , Chris Bilyeu, Tallboy, and Krusty.

*While all issues of Night Watch are pretty rotten, this one is exceptionally raw and should be kept out of the hands of minors and whiners!

Two Rad Shows This Weekend!

April 2, 2014 by Tim Granda

DC-tiny-wedge Whether you’re in Columbus or London this weekend, you have two really rad shows to check out!

The first is Tanks For The Good Times – Preview Show, which is a wild gas tank art show happening this Saturday at 6pm over at the Milk Bar Boutique (765 Unit A North High Street., Columbus, Ohio). It sounds like they’ve had so many contributors this time around that they’ve had to split it into two events: the Milkbar will be featuring a preview of the full show, which will be going down this year at Pinned on May 17th. The preview show is free, and there’s an after-party at Kobo (2590 N High St, Columbus, OH) for only $5 bucks. In addition to the full show at Pinned, expect Bikes + Bands + Booze +Babes so you ain’t gonna wanna miss it!

The second is The Colour Series, presented by Skull&Heart at Brick Lane Gallery Annexe 93-95 Sclater St. E1 6HR. It runs from today the 2nd, through the 7th, from 10am to 6pm. Expect to see a ton of killer screenprints from a slew of talented folks, including Horsebites, Tom J Newell, and Palehorse! If you can make it there on the 3rd between 5-8:30pm,  Newell is going to be one of the dudes doing some live drawing during the opening party!

Night Watch #5 is Blowin’ Chunks!

April 1, 2014 by Tim Granda

DC-tiny-wedge Hell yea! Night Watch #5 is out, and the the theme for this one is puke! This issue is bursting with over 28 artists determined to leave your brain gagging, so you better pace yourself if you plan on making it through all 32 stomach-churning pages. This time out Night Watch is wrapped up with a front cover by Gunsho, and a back by Gut Rot, and if the quality of work these cats put forth is any indication, this is going to be the best issue to date! As of this writing, all issues come with a free sticker by artist Tom J. Newell! Too damn cool!

Night Watch #4 Is Out!

January 22, 2014 by Tim Granda

DC-tiny-wedge Unzip your cash: the latest issue of the killer lowbrow art ‘zine Night Watch is out! The theme for issue four  is “Tits and Ass”, and it’s without a doubt their nastiest offering to date. It features the work of over 25 artists who love to spread their filth on nice and thick. This time around, the front and back covers are handled by Sketchy Tank on top, and Matt Kerley on the bottom, and among all the “hide your kids” artwork inside, you’ll find a crazy interview that the pair conducted with one another. This is an issue you won’t to miss, so make sure you grab a copy for yourself and your squeeze today.

Along with the release of issue #4, artists Tallboy and Krusty (the pair who run the ‘zine) have let loose a pair of rad shirts for you to snatch up. The first is Sketchy Tank’s cover art for the issue “Titty City Tee”, and the second is Phil Guy’s “GG Neuman”, a piece that sums up issue #4 nicely: filthy and funny. Both are 100% cotton and only $20 bucks a pop.

Here’s a list of the artists featured in the latest issue: Sketchy Tank, Matt Kerley, Nick the Barbarian, Denton Watts, Josh McAlear, Tom J Newell, Gunsho, Phil Guy, Gut Rot, King Ron, SHillustration, Alexandros Pyromallis, Edward Kelley, Jose Carrasquillo, Thomas Fernandez, Matt Meinhardt, Gorgeous George, Mike Tommyrot, Nick Potash, Burney, VNM, Tallboy, Heavy Haig Demarjian, Marc Sandoval, Chris Bilyeu, and Krusty.
